Every detail matters. Our fries are hand cut and cooked in 100% beef tallow — no seed oils, ever. The result? The crispiest, most flavourful fries you've had outside of a restaurant.

Our creamy homemade mash is made fresh from scratch. Our signature Swiss butter sauce is made in house. Everything on your plate has been prepared with care — nothing processed, no shortcuts.
