1. Fresh preparation
All orders are freshly prepared for your specific time slot. Ingredients are sourced and prep begins ahead of your booking, which is why our cancellation policy is strict.
2. Cancellation & refund policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking time to be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your slot are non-refundable as ingredients will already have been purchased and preparation will have begun.

3. Late arrival
Your steak is cooked fresh for your slot. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cold food. We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for cold food caused by late arrival.
4. Collection
Turn onto Whalley Road from Wood Road. Park along Whalley Road on the left hand side after turning in. Stay in your car and text 07960046239 upon arrival with your name and car registration. We will bring your order directly to your car 🥩
5. Right to cancel
Butter'd Up reserves the right to cancel any order in exceptional circumstances (e.g. supplier failure, equipment issues, illness). In this case, you'll receive a full refund.
6. Pricing & payment
All prices include applicable taxes.
Payment is taken in full at time of booking via secure Stripe checkout.
